Why i believe Sanders needs to win

Hi, its been awhile iam going to try to be more active in the future i forgot how important this forum is to me.Anyways i am going to talk about why i believe Sanders needs to win.

1.The change of the political landscape

Sanders victory will have profound impact on what kind of canidates we will be able to elect in the future.It will alow other grass-roots campaigns to have a real shot at a general election.

2.Previously apathetic citizens will start becoming more politically active.

This will also restore faith that the system can be fixed and help progressives push more legislation that previously would have been considered to "left-wing"

3.Sanders isnt bought and wont give up

We need a candidate who isnt going to comprise when it comes to major issues.We need major change sooner rather than later.Those of you who say its not possible just look at bush,everyone told him what he could and could not do and he ignored them and everything he wanted and Donald Trump is similar.

I really want Sanders to win too, which is why I plan to vote for him despite being in a deep red state. I don't know if it will matter, with me being in Alabama, but I'll feel better about myself having voted for him.

As a young person, this one is big for me. The 18-24 demographic is the least politically active demographic in the U.S.  Bernie's campaign has really brought my demographic out of the woodwork. It's amazing to see.

1.  Nothing will change the political landscape.  The problem with Sanders is virtually the same as the problem with Trump.  They both stand there and say "I'm going to do this" and "I'm going to do that" and neither seems to understand that he is running for president, not "king."  You don't walk in and tell the Chairman of the Senate Finance Committee what he is going to do.  Trump, being a business criminal asshole, has probably never had that kind of opposition from what he perceives as his own side.  Sanders has been in Congress long enough to know better.

2.  You have far more faith in your fellow citizens than I do.  The fuckers can't even be bothered voting in mid-term elections.

3.  Almost irrelevant.  Because as Obama learned you are dealing with a congress which is bought and will sell out at the drop of a hat.  Remember that Obama threw in the towel on single-payer health insurance not because of the republicunts but because of a handful of conservative democrats who would not support it. 

We have had, since 2010 a bunch of conservatard fuckheads who refuse to compromise and the result has been disaster.  Like it or not, "compromise" is the basis of American government and we need much more of it... not less.

Bernie Sanders "Free" policies will cost too much.

On the contrary, he brings a lot of hope to america, he is for the people, he has the right idea, and no matter what happens I think that the mindset he has will carry the nation over any conflicts it may face going forth.

Aside from politics, aside from media, he quite simply just has the right idea. Not based on his policies, not based on any arbitrary things, he stands out because he's willing to fight for what's right. This may seem like a generic attribute to point out but it's the truth, unlike the other candidates, he knows what he thinks is right, which is lost in others, the ability to think for yourself, and make a stand even if it is a detriment to your presidency that you will not back down from what you think is right, or swayed by others.

I don't know how to put it.

Say what you want, but Bernie Sanders is the only person who will bring real change.

The more time that goes by, the more I really think Bernie's going to be our next president. I really do.
