While I hate the GOP this is still good for atheists to do with ALL candidates of any party, having said that this is not the question I would ask. This still allowed him to dodge the history of secularism.
They are always going to say they defend freedom, and really mean that unless you are some sect of Christianity you are supposed to accept your place at the back of the bus. "Equal, like a pet our house guest". I would recommend more atheists do this, but ask questions about the history of secular concepts, such as "no religious test" in the oath of office, or ask them if they know what Jefferson said about the capability of being moral. Ask them if they know his "question with boldness even the existence of a god", or The Barbary Treaty article 11. But this is great to do no matter what. It forces more Americans do deal with the fact that Christians are not the only legally born citizens of our country. RE: The Atheist and Marco Rubio
