U.S. Presidents & The Natural-born-citizen Clause
RE: U.S. Presidents & The Natural-born-citizen Clause
I think it's a good rule to keep. Being a natural born citizen in most instances means you share in the culture and values of the citizens here, and have loyalty to the nation. Not always the case of course. A foreigner who moves here and becomes a citizen probably also shares that to less of an extent, otherwise they wouldn't want to be a citizen of this country. Being president means you are commander in chief of the military also with a lot of responsibility. You wouldn't want someone with dual loyalty or even dual citizenship to be in that position.

I'll accept that Obama was born in Hawaii for lack of concrete evidence to the contrary, but his past is shady. I even downloaded his birth certificate from whitehouse.gov when they released it and put it into photoshop. They fools didn't even lock it, and you could see there was layers that if you removed, you saw it was created and constructed, and not a copy which couldn't be dismantled.

Supposedly Obama at one point was a citizen of Indonesia where he attended the Muslim madrasas when his mother moved to Jakarta and remarried He was accepted into Occidental college under scholarship for foreign aid as citizen of Indonesia, under the name Barry Soetero, which was his step dads last name.

Got a little off topic here...

You need a master file to look at the layers, which is typically converted to *.jpg, *.png, or *.gif before anyone would upload it for viewing, and common image software does not support master files - therefore, your claim is dubious.

RE: U.S. Presidents & The Natural-born-citizen Clause
The solution to the problem is a simple one; all that as be done is this, raise the voting age to 25, take the natural born clause and replace it with a 20 year citizenship clause, put a better voter registration in place; if you want to vote prove that you were either naturally born in the country or have retained citizenship for a minimum of 4 years before you eligible to vote; if one was naturally born in the country they will get a card in the mail or an email notifying them there are now eligible to vote and to complete the process follow the guidelines, if one was become a citizen and has fallen into the requirements they can vote after the four year wait time has passed and or if the person was a citizen before the age of 25 they must wait till they are of age to vote and met all the requirements. Citizen's will be automatically denied voting privileges for felony convictions and or declared mentally disabled by the state (Ex. Down-Syndrome, Schizophrenia, Post traumatic stress disorders (acute, chronic, or with delayed onset).

Something like this would do a lot of good to solve a lot a problems facing us.

Except fuck that! I'm twenty three. I vote. I'll punch out anyone who tries to take my say in things away. Secondly that's ableist as hell, there are nonviolent forms of PTSD and schizophrenia, and I doubt anyone with delusions is going to flip out in the voting box. As for people with Downs they don't understand voting after it's been explained to them there's no real need for the blanket ban.

Why? We need a leader who has a better background then an American to be able to show us the way of others. What good does our ways do to the rest of world? Buying elections in other countries, forcing our greedy ways on to others, and a pleura of purely illegal actions done to people. Watch the film Drones and you will see that more innocent people get hurt and increases the growing number of terrorist's. You really want to send a message to the rest of world that we are growing up and we will not drop high explosives on you unless there is clear cut evidence of ill-harm to us.

You really can't raise the the voting age without listing the age for military conscription proportionally. Conscription hasn't actually happened for a long time, but there still exists an information system for this which men must register for at age 18. I had arbitrarily suggested raising the enlistment age along with the voting age to 25, but on second thought if it went that high then the War Pigs would resort to bringing back the draft because no sensible 25-year-old is going to volunteer, and the pigs always get what they want. May need to settle for making everything 21, and call that progress.

Also there's absolutely no need and no justice in banning PTSD sufferers from the polls. Like mild and well-treated depression, this does not in any way impact the sufferer's abilitity to lead an independent and responsible life, it does not impact his day-to-day decision-making, and it does not distort his ability to assess the character of others. Any law that prohibits a citizen from voting for any reason other than a high likelihood that he would not understand what he is doing is monstrous! So, by the way, is the disenfranchisement of ex-convicts - the fuck, its just absolutely disgusting when you think of how many people are in prison for the dumbest drug-offense reasons! No matter what one has done, there are some who go clean when they get out, and this is why once the debt is paid, they should have the same rights as any of the sociopaths on Wall Street or Washington!

I know, it was just a rough outline of what should be done. The reasons why I put in the PTSD and Schizophrenia was for the violent forms of it, and as far the downs are concerned that was just to put in for those are not competent of themselves or lacks an ability for basic independent thinking. If you don't blanket ban them they can be taken advantage of by others to take actions they don't compered.

What do you think of the idea of national sovereignty? Do you think the United States should rule itself, or should a world leader or world governing body rule all nations?

By the way I have seen drones, watched the other day on netflix, and agree, we have done a lot of harm in the world. Part of this was due to the project for the new American century, which believed it was better for the US to dominate the whole world, so no nation could rise up against it and threaten our dominance.
