Just listened to a constitutional scholar discuss a series of cases which the republicunts were expected to win in 5-4 rulings. Those will now be tied which means it is as if the court never heard the case.
Wait till the fucktards realize what just happened. Too bad that Scalia got to fuck the planet over one more time before he died, though.
It's pretty clear that Obama will exhaust all of the moderate judges on the planet and the Senate will play goalie. I think the mission is to have a bullpen of nominees and keep rolling through them and let the people see how idiotic the GOP looks as they play toddler who is throwing a tantrum. Hopefully the American people will get it.
I fear, however, the loudest, most vocal portions of the GOP will praise the Senate for not doing their jobs because 'Murrica.

I just got through dancing in the streets. If we really get lucky all of the old cunts will kick the bucket in the next ten minutes.
