What does the doctor do about it?
What is the doctor supposed to do about it?  
What do you suppose the doctor can do about it?

What the NRA fucks are worried about is that the patient may get rid of his gun when he finds out how dangerous it is to the family it is supposed to "protect."  The NRA can't allow that.  They like dead kids.
