I like John Oliver's idea of giving every person in the USA a waffle maker instead.
People living on the border could make a wall out of waffles if they so choose. It would be more effective than The Donalds concrete wall. People would need to eat their way through the waffle wall to get to the other side. After a few minutes they would get sleepy from the carbohydrate overload and go home to take a nap. If they unwisely continued, hyperglycemia would set in and cause illegals to pass out from a diabetic coma. Border patrol would need to carry insulin shots instead of guns.
This would definitely help Mexico to keep US citizens out. Just don't make the wall out of churros. I'd be there like tomorrow.
