I'm pretty sure that violating his oath of office disqualifies him from this assessment in the minds of most people with more than, say, fourteen neurons. (Neurons are nerve cells which chemically communicate with each other in the brain in order to fashion stimulus-response networks of a sophistication proportionate to the ... wait for it ... number of neurons involved.)

Obviously you're not aware that the parties swapped positions since the times of Lincoln. It's your history, not mine, but even I am aware of the fact that Lincoln would be a democrat by todays standards.

On a side remark, it's a bit rich to post nixonfoundation as any kind of proof for Nixons great deeds. But I agree, at least partly. Going by today's republicans, Nixon would be considered a bleeding heart liberal.

Obama has managed to turn around the view, that was becoming prevalent in the world, that the US only voted into office comedy candidates. He has also managed to implement a stripped back form of universal health care in the face of enourmous resistance he has managed to stabilise the economy that the Republicans had been systematically ruining and scale back the hawkish useless conflicts that had so destabilised the world.
