You don't want to get into corroborating evidence? Gee. I wonder why.

Also, did this clown just tell CD to cry him a river? We taking bets on the velocity of the ban hammer yet?
Verbatim from the mouth of Jesus (retranslated from a retranslation of a copy of a copy):

"Do not judge, or you too will be judged. For in the same way you judge others, you too will be judged, and with the measure you use, it will be measured to you. How can you see your brother's head up his ass when your own vision is darkened by your head being even further up your ass? How can you say to your brother, 'Get your head out of your ass,' when all the time your head is up your own ass? You hypocrite! First take your head out of your own ass, and then you will see clearly who has his head up his ass and who doesn't." Matthew 7:1-5 (also Luke 6: 41-42)

Sure, to make a scientific point you need both arguments and evidence.

You can prove things within an abstract system using just arguments, but to demonstrate things to be (most likely) true about reality, it needs to be bolstered with evidence.
But to be fair, by evidence you mean phenomena that can be understood in terms of physics. ...Right? In other words, you beg the question that all important, or true, or relevant points are "scientific" in nature... Which is not a scientific claim. Do you think that there are any propositions which are categorically true and cannot be supported by evidence? If so (I think this is obviously the case, btw), to what should one make one appeal if not argumentation?

@Mud.

The conclusion of an argument cannot be trusted unless it's propositions are sound. Nor can it be trusted unless it's form is shown to be applicable to the subject.  A requirement of evidence is inescapable.
I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. I am the Queen of Battle. I am what my country expects me to be, the best trained Soldier in the world. In the race for victory, I am swift, determined, and courageous, armed with a fierce will to win. Never will I fail my country’s trust. Always I fight on…through the foe, to the objective, to triumph overall. If necessary, I will fight to my death. By my steadfast courage, I have won more than 200 years of freedom. I yield not to weakness, to hunger, to cowardice, to fatigue, to superior odds, For I am mentally tough, physically strong, and morally straight. I forsake not, my country, my mission, my comrades, my sacred duty. I am relentless. I am always there, now and forever. I AM THE INFANTRY! FOLLOW ME!

But isn't that itself a conclusion that is not supportable by evidence?

I can't post links on the website, that's why. Plus it'll be a red herring discussion when I want to focus on the proof. Also, lol. I don't think a ban hammer would materially impact my life. Lol.

Oh, thanks for the clown comment. I must admit, you have been pretty entertaining yourself.

Look dude...you can put new shoes on an old whore, but she's still gonna walk with a limp.

The First Cause argument is not good, it is not new, and you have not improved on it. It still has the exact same problems it's always had.
