My understanding is that she only opposes gratuitous nudity, but is fine doing what she views as nudity important to her character.
I guess since this time the nudity came at the end of a goddess-like bad ass character arc, she was ok with it. 
Her clothes were burned off.

She is fireproof, basically a goddess. She survived in the first fire the same way.

I think it makes more sense for her hair not to burn. It's a part of her. And she can't be burned.
