Holy fuck this was a good episode!! Lady Mormont is kick ass!
Oh, spoiler tags?
Tommen, whoa...
Maregeary, or however the hell her name is spelled, knew what was up and that dumb shit sparrow let it happen because he's an arrogant fuck all high and mighty for the seven... now she's dead and I liked her!
Jaime sticking it to Walder Frey was good, glad to see him get smacked around - and then with Arya? Awesome. Gotta kind of wonder about her sanity a little bit Frey had it coming.
Confirmation of R+L=J, or at least that L+?=J
Cersei remains a total bitch. I hope Jamie gets it together and stops playing her little enforcer.
How many Queens are running around now? Dany, Cersei, the Dorne chick, I guess Yara isn't a queen... Yet... So with the Jon stuff and Little Finger whispering to Sansa and the whole foreshadowing of "we have to trust each other" I'm going to say Sansa makes a bid to be Queen of the North.
Is it too soon to watch it again?
Teenaged X-Files obsession + Bermuda Triangle episode + Self-led school research project = Atheist.

I was honestly expecting this to be a relatively low-key wrapup of the events of the season, after the fuckstorm of badass insanity that happened last week. I decidedly was not expecting that.
I am now to going to have an affair on the previous episode with this one. Must rewatch 78 more times. Cannot even. Holy shit.

This was the best episode of Game of Thrones to day. I was on the edge of my seat for the whole thing and hanging onto every word. A show haven't sucked me in this hard since I first got into Doctor Who.

ERmahFURKINGHERD that was too good. Cersei usurping the throne. Not for long, bitch. And Varys must have a jet pack. He was in Dorne, then back in Mereen with the quickness. Dorne and Highgarden are the Southern pincer, nonetheless.
I still wonder for the rightful succession to the Iron Throne.
I mean, all of the Baratheons are dead, the Iron Throne does not seat Queens (yet). There hopefully won't be enough time for a real battle for the Iron Throne as Dany is on her way.
Jon has the best claim, although Bran needs to figure out how to get his ass south of the wall. At least Uncle Benjen could have dropped them off at the wall, although the weirwood was a good stop.
Gendry, anyone? The Stag Bastard rises!!!

So, the 2-stroke endgame appears to have taken shape. Seasons 7/8 will apparently only total 13 combined, from what I hear - but given that the finale will probably be split into two massive acts, that's actually starting to make sense.
My predictions:
Season 7 - 7 episodes long. The War for Westeros. Major players: King Jon, Queen Daenerys, Queen Cersei. Jon will uncover his true past. Arya will explode back into the Stark's lives. Jaime will add 'Queenslayer' to his resume. Jon and Daenerys will come to an uneasy alliance, possibly after Cersei is finished and Dany learns of the threat beyond the wall. The North finally recieves its long-awaited independence.
Season 8 - 6 episodes long. The Wall falls. The White Walkers come, and the combined forces of Westeros greet them. There is a large battle or several large battles, but the final resolution between the two sides does not come from the field, but by some other arrangement (seriously, if all we're getting at the end of this is bloody big throw-down smashup, I'll be elated but also very cross). Jon dies, but the spirit of the King in the North lives on. Or Dany dies, and Jon inherits the Iron Throne, becoming the reluctant King of Westeros.
