That's illogical, we have thousands of male dominated governments/societies and they suck for the most part. More doesn't equal better.

The British Empire did pretty well under queen Victoria, I don't know how much she played a role in that and what the British Empire did then they couldn't get away with doing now.
There's a lot of countries in Africa with black leaders and they suck for the most part relative to European countries with white leaders, I don't know how much that has to do with them being black, white, male or female.
My answer would be there's too many variable to take into consideration and the sex of a leader doesn't seem important to me.
It's kind of like asking someone is going to shoot you in the kneecaps, is it better if they have a vagina or a penis? And even when you look at the history of female or male leaders it's difficult to really know how much power they had. I don't know the inner workings of Victorian Britain or how much power queen Victoria actually had.
