Missed it by that much..... True story....
Ok, so took my mom today to her physical. Doc said she was doing fantastic. THAT'S AWESOME.....

Anywho, afterword so  stop at this Aisian/Oriental place, second time there. Great food.

So she orders a salad with ginger dressing, and some vegetable rolls(looks like sushi). I had a combo spicy chicken meal with my own sushi style tuna roll(really was pate not real tuna).

So, anyone who has had "rolls" or sushi, knows it comes with a side Wasabi , green horshradish grainy glob of paste, very spicy. Her rolls had avocado in the middle, green of course. So she picks up her fork, scoops up the entire glob of wasabi had it halfway to her mouth, and I raised my voice, not mad, but shocked , "WHAT ARE YOU DOING

She thought the glob was avocado like a glob of guacamole! Holy shit, that would be like drinking directly out of a bottle of Texas Pete. Missed it by that much......

I'd have let that shit happen. The look on her face changing from happy to sheer horror would be delectable.

Mom would recover. But too bad she won't eat the soosh.

I can laugh at it now, but considering the amount she almost took at once, that would not have been funny if she really had. She doesn't like spicy food in the first place, and I have seen her gag real bad eating spicy chicken wings. I'm glad I stopped her, that was almost a "OH FUCK" moment.

Oh, yeah I wouldn't have let her if it could have caused something serious to happen. My mom would've made some funny noises and faces and been miffed at me for a second, but my mama's boy face would make get over it pretty quick...

When I was young I asked my brother if he had ever tried Japanese toothpaste. No? Here try some.
I also tricked him and a few others at a party once with choc coated dog biscuits. :-)

That's mean....LOL

But in all seriousness, not so sure that is wise unless you know that persons allergies and health issues. I can handle being pranked, but some things are more risky than others when pulling jokes on people.

Doesn't sound strong... I've eaten a whole ghost pepper and also a jar of jalepenos and drank all the juice though.

Wasabi is about as strong as I get outside jalapenos. Don't know if I could handle a ghost pepper. Some of these food joints come up with the hottest stuff in the world, fuck, why not just call it pepper spray or mace?
