Yeah, and many people feel the same way. That's why staying at home is such a stupid idea, since all these individually insignificant people suddenly become a significant portion of the electorate. That's why I always pinch my nose to cast my vote. I don't want to contribute to any radical's win because I can't be bothered to move my arse. And you can bet your aforementioned bodypart that radicals are much more eager to vote than moderates who simply don't agree with the alternative.

I know, I know. It's just that, as an American, I'm sick of feeling like I'm selling my integrity to vote for the lesser of two evils just to watch the country go to shit anyway. We have a strong culture of anti-intellectualism, and it seems that without some huge cultural revolution, our country is doomed to take itself down regardless of who I vote for. At least if I refrain from voting, I can feel like I can live with myself.

Look, when it comes down to it, I'm sure I'll end up at the voting booth marking Clinton and trying not to vomit, because the idea of a Trump presidency is the stuff nightmares are made of. I just like telling myself that I'm not going to vote, because it makes me feel like I'm at least salvaging a tiny bit of integrity.

This is me as well. I dont want to vote for Clinton, but I probably will. Actually, as time goes on, the more certain I am that I will.

It's a shitty choice, Clinton, or no vote. Neither makes me feel good about myself. However, Trump is a complete travesty waiting to happen and I don't want to have a hand in that, even a passive one.

What's a person to do?

I started learning German last year with the idea of moving to Europe in a few years, but they have their own political disaster in the offing. I'm not sure we can escape this pendulum swing, if you know what I mean.

Trump relases a list of potential SCOTUS picks. Any Sanders fan boy who balks at voting for Hillary really needs to give this a read. Trump parades a list of far-right judges and talks about Scalia.

Trump called Scalia "a Justice who did not believe in legislating from the bench and he is a person whom I held in the highest regard and will always greatly respect his intelligence and conviction to uphold the Constitution of our country."

He added that the names on his list are "representative of the kind of constitutional principles I value and, as president, I plan to use this list as a guide to nominate our next United States Supreme Court Justices."

This is it folks. If the Republicans stonewall Obama's pick to replace Scalia and Trump wins the Presidency, he'll be replaced by another judge just like him. Then, there is the potential of Trump getting to replace Ginsberg, Bryer and Kennedy with more right wing douche bags. They'll be fucking us for 20 years. Do you REALLY want to stay home election day?

Donald Trump just released a list of 11 people he'd vet to fill the vacant seat on the Supreme Court if he wins the White House.

The list includes extreme ideologues who, if given the chance, would likely roll back our progress in critical fights like marriage equality and health care -- and would do devastating damage to a woman's right to choose, a union's right to organize, and everyone's right to vote.

And this being Donald Trump, it should come as no surprise that not one of his choices is a person of color.

If we let Trump win, he might be in the White House long enough to appoint as many as three Supreme Court justices who'd destroy our rights for generations.

Pretty much what I said except leaving out Separation of Church and State. They haven't figured out yet that the no-religion block is now at about 20% and represents a substantial demographic.

Not often that Wyrd even approaches a serious point..imo...but I too expect that regardless of who wins between trump and clinton the supreme court will continue to be a tool used with the aim of selling out the american people to the highest bidder.
