Egypt Air loses another aircraft

In 1991 there was this Lauda air crash over Thailand. Plane seemingly fell from the sky for no reason. No communications, nothing. The found the cockpit voice recorder, the reassembled the wreckage - the real experts, I mean - and heard the copilot scream "It deployed", right before the recording broke off. Now they looked a bit deeper and what they found was the reverse thrust of one engine deploying in full flight. They tried to recreate the situation in simulators and noone was able to safe the day under these kinds of circumstances.

Only one of the seemingly unexplained rasons why planes do crash.

Ever heard of this?

Debris being collected and put together in a hangar to find the source of the problem leading up to the crash. That's what is done, starting right now. Then it will be weeks or months before the experts, international experts, being brought in from all corners of the world, come to a conclusion. Among them, employees of airbus, since this has been an airbus.

Crash scene, nice to have. Debris and flight recorders making all the difference. We're not living in the 50ies anymore.

Right, and my statement still stands firm.

The people who have knowledge in the field of aviation (experts) agree with Donald trump right now at this moment. Because there's been no recovery of any debris, black box or anything, but observations of the flight patter and an absence of any distress call and therefore people are speculating that it's a terrorist attack.

I know you have a history of ether misunderstand or seemngly trying to misinterpret my arguments to make it look like I'm making all kinds of assumptions or saying something I'm not but this is fairly basic.

I said experts so far are agreeing it looks like a terrorist attack, not that this is a conclusion, the minister of aviation in Egypt, he had quite a bit of expertise about aviation and this situation involved aviation and so far he's saying it looks like it could be from a terrorist attack.

So to answer all the other questions you've posed that have nothing to do with my argument yes I'm aware that debris are collected and gathered, no the minister of aviation is not an expert in air crash investigations, and so and so on.

It could easily turn out to be caused by a mechanical failure, certainly. But intelligence agencies and the minister of aviation do have some expertise. They seem to be taking quite an educated guess that it looks like terrorism.

Are you ready for the fire? We are firemen. WE ARE FIREMEN! The heat doesn’t bother us. We live in the heat. We train in the heat. It tells us that we’re ready, we’re at home, we’re where we’re supposed to be. Flames don’t intimidate us. What do we do? We control the flame. We control them. We move the flames where we want to. And then we extinguish them.

Impersonation is treason.

Yeah, I know you get .... well, I don't need to spell it out over this being another terrorist attack. Agreeing with Donald Trump, the most reputable expert in the field. But I guess at this point in time we already know that you're a fan of characters like that.

Maybe it was a terrorist attack, maybe it wasn't. Accidents happen. And, by the way, they found the debris field. In a few weeks or months we will know for sure. When the ones having a little bit of expertise, not as much as Trump, I admit, will have had a look at the remains.

You're realllllly mixed up as usual. I said the experts agree with trump so far, as in intelligence agencies and aviation ministers. Not that trump is the expert.

And yes you're totally correct there's not much else to argue about, it could have been an accident or a terrorist attack.

Yeah, our defininition of experts differ. I'm waiting for aviation accident investigators to give their verdicts, based on the debris and the flight recorders. Not on some minister or some other folks speculating without having the facts.

And TWA 800 blew up because of a frayed wire in a fuel tank...although there are still conspiracy nuts who insist they saw a missile fired from the Atlantic Ocean off Long Island!

Twice in 30 years does not make for a compelling argument.  Most planes crash on take off or landing and usually due to weather or pilot error.

I'm going off the context of the convo ( talking about what we know up to now in this situation of an accident involving aviation and potential terrorism)

And the dictionary definition of an expert (someone who has extensive knowledge in a specific field)

Right yeh you can wait for the results and make no speculations. I'm making a speculation, so has Donald trump and intelligence agencies and the aviation minister of Egypt.

They're speculating with facts. The facts there was no distress call, the plane zigged zagged and then disappeared. The facts involving the recent history of Egypt, France and Islamic terrorism. Also American intelligence has reported an explosion in the area I am sceptical about that but that's what's in the newspapers.
You and bella are going on about assumptions and how this speculation might be wrong.
It might be completely wrong, that's why it's called a speculation, that's the idea.
