All he would get is an erected middle finger unless he contemplates waging war on Mexico. In which case even you would call him a nutter. At least I hope so. Nobody can be as stupid, can they?

I've done the math on it based on his own campaign website. Using his own planning, and plugging in current numbers, the very nost he can fund is about 5% of the total expense, and that comes at a significant cost in our relations with our #3 trading partner.
