And absorbing that torment instantly would be of far greater impact to that soul than diluting it over an eternity, no ??
Were living comfly daily live where we dont have to even deal with pain of one needle, for example. Constant meat grinder for Gods know how much time is beyond our imagination.
Religious people(hardcore one)praise hells idea because its allows them to basically "castrate" they wishes to enjoy life. "I might go to hell if I decide to enjoy life fully! Fuck it, divine masochism here I come!!!!"
This so sad even if self sacrifice is a noble thing to do.
