Its mental collapse. Has nothing to do with religion. Women might be alive,  but mentally she is almost completely broken or dead.

Her Christianity didn't do a goddamned thing to steer her right, and your god didn't do a goddamned thing to save three lives.

I don't think god was intended to be a superhero. A creator maybe. But i wouldn't know as i don't "follow" religion. Maybe you do.

No not really. I just felt your comment was very unusual. I don't recall ever hearing about a god who roams around saving peoples lives. It sounds "made up."

... and it may well be made up ... by believers. After all, they're the ones who thank god for saving a boy from a gorilla in a zoo, no?

If i were to study religion then it would be a whole in my knowledge. But i am not concerned with religion as i have more important things to concern myself with. My initial statement was a general opinion not a desire for religious knowledge.
