I don't see what's he reason for mirth either. But since Bella is constantly posting Nigel pictures I'm sure she's looking forward to pay for his continued wellbeing at the European parliament once she lands a job. At least for the next two years. Well, maybe it's up to her parents to do that in such a short period of time, but I'm sure they enjoy also. Wouldn't want good old Nigel to go hungry, would we?
