That would be most of the state moving north. A small percentage -actually- wants to leave. It's all just ego showing off. We will keep our state and our nationality and be happy with it.
Well they can have a tiny little part at the bottom
They'll be begging to get back in in no time anyways

The cities are pretty open and liberal but it's the small towns and the rural areas keeping the state red? Playing Cluedo with my mum while I was at Uni: "You did WHAT? With WHO? WHERE???"
Most of the state is very old school conservative. Austin (where I live) is the exact opposite. I love my state but most of the people want church forced on everyone, want old values retained, government to back off, and to do as they please. I don't see them changing anytime soon. Even in the town I work in right outside of Austin is very much like the rest of the state and resentful of Austin being so liberal. I mean honestly the motto here is Keep Austin Weird because of the hippies and the complete flip of lifestyle compared to the next hundreds of miles around.

So, you're saying we need to carpet bomb the rest of Texas? Playing Cluedo with my mum while I was at Uni: "You did WHAT? With WHO? WHERE???"
Lol no no my hometown is outside of Austin. I grew up in a military town and they are the exception. Copperas Cove can stay. Lakeway can go.
