No, unless convicted, the European laws are clear. You don't name a suspected criminal until they actually are convicted. Entirely different to the US. And it has been that way for the last 20 years at the very least.
Do you mean to say that in Europe a person is innocent until proven guilty? What a novel idea. Probably wouldn't sell here though.
The god who allows children to be raped out of respect for the free will choice of the rapist, but punishes gay men for engaging in mutually consensual sex couldn't possibly be responsible for an intelligently designed universe.

All crimes should be hate crimes. Are there any love crimes?
Of course there are 'love crimes'. Stealing is always a crime, but suppose you steal medicine to save the life of your desperately ill child? I doubt very much that people would assume you acted out of anything but love.

Have to say I flinched at this bit:
Quote:Sources say Hawking never felt he was in danger.
Unfortunate choice of phrase.
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist. This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair. Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second. That means there's a situation vacant.'

I don't know that death threats are the same as trying to kill someone....
