They are, but only if it's the right religion to fit the narrative.

I find it unbelievable. To kill an ELA patient is beyond religious stupid and the source... To do what?

No! Really? I wonder what tipped them off?

If a religious person does not manifest psychological issues, he's not doing what his holy book told him to do. It's a matter of degrees.

That too. The source isn't the most reputable out there.
Now that you mention it, I did think it strange that she remained unnamed. I don't know how the laws work in Spain, but her they don't withhold criminal's or even a suspect's name unless he is a minor.

No, unless convicted, the European laws are clear. You don't name a suspected criminal until they actually are convicted. Entirely different to the US. And it has been that way for the last 20 years at the very least.

Crimes committed for religious reasons should be listed as hate crimes.

I agree but i think religious extremism should also be listed as a mental health issue.
Because there is enough information on the internet and everywhere to prove religion for the most part since there is little facts
there and there to be true but for the most part not to be true.

Really? That's how it should be in my opinion. In England the papers can just publish who's on trial, and ruin someone's life without needing a conviction. Disgusting. The public does not need to know the names of people standing accused of crimes.

It was the general idea to prevent something like that. Although the precedence for the law was rather dubious. It was about princess Stefanie of Monaco and her rowdy husband back then. I don't remember the exact circumstances, but some incidence made it into general legislation.

There are exemptions, obviously, since the infamous Josef Fritzl made it into the press by full name before being convicted. But there have been some lawsuits, obviously, since later on he was only called Josef F.
