This god of yours is devilishly frightening. As in the story of Ananais and Sapphira. Struck down dead for holding back on the tribute. The whole congregation trembled. Real horror show stuff that is. Then there is Act 3 of the christian drama. The Apocalypse. Four horsemen and Jesus coming back for vengeance. The end of the world as we know it. Everything humans have struggled for to create a civilization worthy of our grandchildren to inherit. Poof, up in smoke. Christians everywhere singing and praying for it to happen in our lifetimes.
