That guy is a lunatic. He's dangerous to his people, but thanks to the nature of the Philippines only a mild nuisance to the world. But it goes to show how all these people tick. Regardless of nation. They're all on a big ego trip without caring one bit about the consesquences. We have our share of them in Europe, already in power inn Hungary and Poland, and one of them is running for president of the USA.

That is what I say about drug dealers who ruin millions of peoples lives too. They don't give a fuck about what they are doing. I don't condone what he has done, but drugs are a major problem and something has to be done, just not in the way he is doing it.

It is a problem. The solution is legalize, tax, and regulate. And treat addiction as a medical problem, and not something to kill someone over.

Yes. A lot of time the worst stuff is done because it's cut with chemicals it really shouldn't be cut with. Besides, synthesized heroine is already legal. We call it morphine.

BTW, technically heroin =/= morphine.
