Question's for God.

Wrong once again yog.  Banging Head On Desk  Banghead  Banging Head On Desk
You don't know the meaning of these words.  You just use them as a generic mantra.  Nowhere in your post did you dispute that your excuses were ad hoc, so how on earth can you claim that I was wrong?  You can't sensibly.  Much like the rest of your stuff, these words are nonsense when uttered by you.

(September 7, 2016 at 9:31 am)Little Rik Wrote: Your knowledge in psychology is next to zero and if combined with a total lack of knowledge about yoga then is quite easy to see your skepticism.

To understand what happen during yoga meditation is also important to understand what happen during  the withdrawal symptoms for drug, alcohol smoke or any other addiction.

The body and mind try to stick to the old habit.
Body and mind came to the point that now control you.
You are no longer able to control them and to turn the wheel around is not easy.
Most of the people who try fail.
Only few succeed.
Yoga work along similar lines.
Our materialism, our bad habits (nobody is perfect) and our karma are ingrained in our consciousness.
They refuse to let go.
By practicing yoga you try to turn the wheel around and that is very hard work that only few succeed.
To do this everybody in the beginning have to go through the withdraw symptom.
You may feel that to be a negative symptom.
In effect is a positive sign that progress is possible.

Dr. Shapiro confuse the frustration of doing the hard work which is a positive sign with negative symptoms that is why I said that he is 100% wrong.  Lightbulb

And your evidence of this is....  once again nothing!  Just more blah, blah, blah, I like Yoga!

Where is your evidence for any of the bullshit that you've spewed?   The following is a list of things you need to provide evidence for:
1. that there is such a thing as a 'real guru'
2. that there is a difference in the effectiveness of different mantras
3.  that the negative symptoms Shapiro found were a result of 'hard work' instead of meditation being harmful
4. that meditation is 'effective'
5. that meditation when done right only produces positives
6. karma
7. reincarnation
8. microvita

Of course you're not going to provide evidence for these things because you don't have any.  All we've got from you on these is a bunch of stories.  Without evidence, your stories are no less fairy tales than tales of unicorns and fairy godmothers.  You've got squat.  All you've got is your testimonial that these things are real and true.  There are a thousand scammers on internet and tv and they've got their testimonials too.  Your assertions and testimony are just another scam unless you've got evidence.

There are more than a few years left for me.
Probably 25-26 when I'm done with college.
Then 2-5 years later grad school.
And then I'll see.

But you are right that I'm close to the legal age of adulthood in the U.S

Who said that my words on this fourms mean shit out in the real world?
Jesus? Fuck that shit boi. He would be better off siding with the devil.
And are you really concerned?

If you were you wouldn't have wanted me to join this sadistic cult.

When I become an adult...

I'll be a sane fucking human with a life.
Maybe a little more sane than you but we're both humans are we not?

I already said that the body may be similar but the consciousness is not.
And I also already said it is the consciousness that drive the evolution
So watch out boy.
If you continue to be arrogant as you are at the moment your consciousness will surely
lead you to Devolution which is the contrary of evolution.

Conscience varies, you schmuck.
I'm not fucking evolving anytime soon. Do you see someone leaping up and down as the evolve into a man-frog? Not really.
If you did then fucking congrats dude.

And who says arrogance promotes devolution? Is arrogance hereditary? Will I pick an arrogant wife too that will spread the word to my child(ren)?

It's the cave-dwelling archaic buffoons like you who will "surely" lead mankind to it's devolution.

"No offense."

What part of "I am an atheist" is so hard for you to grasp? It's not down to me to explain why a god would or wouldn't do something.

I can type slower for you, if it'll help.
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist.  This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair.  Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second.  That means there's a situation vacant.'

That is bizarre Stim.
When I take somebody thoughts or beliefs and I present them in a Bio or on my signature without making any comment about the content of the thought then I intend that I do agree with the thought or belief unless is a parody which is not your case.
Apparently for you is a different story.

You reckon that is not necessary to agree with somebody else thought that you put in your Bio and there is no the necessity to make any comment on it.
Bizarre Stim, very very bizarre.

Intentionally obtuse isn't really a good color on you, dear future-life husband. You can do better than this.

Imbecile.  Hi

Nothing in this universe is still and changeless.
Nothing.
Everything move and change.
Some slow some fast.
Our consciousness is no exception.
It can evolve or lose what it had.
You may not see these changes but they are there for sure.
For an atheist it matter very little if nothing because with the physical death is all over.
For theists that believe in reincarnation and a goal to reach is a different story.
Devolution is a NO NO.
This to explain my point.
Now you can go back to your usual cocky and arrogance.
Have a good day anyway.

Sorry I just couldn't stand to watch so I had to take a break for a while, ya know? I'm still around though. Maybe some day you'll take a break from this and post something nice or even useful. That'd be neat. <3
