In the broadest sense, there's not much difference. Einstein was a pantheist and yet I have no problem lumping him in with the deists and atheists in that picture. Once you acknowledge you live in a natural universe and embrace science as the means to understand it, the rest is philosophical hair-splitting.
For similar reasons, I tend to think of Christians and Muslims in the same category. It's true there are some abstract theological differences between them but they both believe in the same hateful god, a similar twisted scheme of salvation and these motives result in similar violent behavior when their religions aren't restrained by civilization.
If you want to get technical, maybe this is "naturalism" vs. "religion".
