Yea, nice selection bias asshole. A few does not constitute the majority of dems. Nobody should be threatening either party's candidates. But only one candidate has "joked" about a "second amendment" solution. Thing is I don't give one fuck if Trump wants to chalk it up to a joke, his followers have proven they are willing to act on their words, and at a far greater rate than anything you stupidly want to imply here.

The point of a western society isn't that you protect the person, but the concept of peaceful transfer of power. Now, I promise you every president from both parties have been threatened, and the Secret Service as it should, will crawl up anybody's ass to protect, not the person, but the office. And our law enforcement agencies all the way up to the Secret Service as with any public office, is not subject to a political party oath. That means our presidents are protected by BOTH democrats and republicans who serve, not only in the Secret Service, but in the CIA and FBI and Homeland Security.

But only Trump has used toxic language. You'd never hear Hillary or Bernie "joking" or inflaming like he has.
