I need a nude back or torso photograph for an event invitation I'm making. It needs to be copyright-free. I've spent my eyes searching online. Help! Anyone know of any sites? Can't be expensive. It can even be a drawing. I just need it to be naked.
The help finding this would be supporting an af member, because it helps my poetry event, so I thought this went well here. Heh heh

With all due respect, I think counting calories isn't that hard, and it can really help make dietary choices.
Once think I learned was I can make some really yummy fried vegetables-- a LOT of them, eat them with a bowl of rice, and not too many calories. But if I eat one or two slices of "health" bread, my caloric budget is fucked.
No biggie. I didn't mean to imply that was difficult; just a part of the process that could be toned down once you get into your groove. I'm not an expert on the subject; just sharing my personal method. To each their own, though. It's all good. What matters is that we're trying to do some good for our bodies and health.

If I must brag, I'd like to say I'm living more peacefully than ever before.
I don't want to make more money. I want to live a simpler life that doesn't require me to work as much or need as much money.
I get to spend a lot of quality time with my daughter. I only work three days a week and I am managing to make ends meet.
I spend another half day at my daughter's school as a helper and I'm thinking about being a volunteer at tuckshop for one day a week next semester.
I'm thinking I'd like to be a teacher's aide in a disability school in a few years. That's my next long term goal.
I'm also trying to lose weight. I haven't been trying to count calories.
I'm walk to work and around the neighbourhood at a brisk pace, about 15-20 kms/day.
I'm a little disappointed that I'm only losing about a 1/2 kg a week, but I'm feeling fitter, stronger and healthier everyday for it.
Where I would really like to get the ball rolling is giving up smoking.
I've managed to cut down to about 10-15 cigarettes/day.
I was quite a heavy smoker.
I will be attempting to give up again on Monday.
This is when my daughter is going on holidays with her mum for 2 weeks.
