In unarmed combat, not making weapons out of bones or anything, I think it would be difficult to plan any sort of tactic.

I'd feel pretty confident with 10 clones. And I'd have an overall strategy of going for the eyes and groin.

I'm just over 5 11 and weigh about 190 pounds, pretty good stamina and strength.

One simultaneous charge to try and push the animal down surround it, try and have people dedicated to holding down its limbs while others go to try and rip out the groin or gouge out the eyes.
Kicks to the head might work if there's 10 of us.
