Briefly dated a vegetarian once
He was no different to anyone else. On the couple of occasions he made food for us, he'd obviously make vegetarian options, which of course I was fine with. I don't think he was the kind of person who would have stopped me from eating meat had we continued to date, and if he had then we'd have ended over that instead.
