As geographically distant countries with small ethnically uniform populations, the Nordic political and economic systems do not translate well e.g. Venezuela. It should also be noted that the economy of Norway, for instance, is heavily dependent on exporting natural resources, primarily fossil fuels, similar to the Gulf states. In short, their generous public programs are financed by transferring wealth out of their country rather than developing wealth creating industries within their own.

because some in our ranks use half truths and personal meaning to push an anti religion stance. And it won't work, not all of us are that mean and revengeful. . Adult children of abuse, the addicted, and the mentally ill are not the best spokesmen for any belief system. I don't care what they believe. I don't believe in "theist's god", that's it.
I don't deny any, and all evidence, just because theist can use it too. Saying things like "I don't think its a clean slate', and then ripping every observation is somehow dishonest. And when rational people are left with two sides claiming half truths the outcome is uncertain.
