Mystic, that's not even an -argument-. Where is the "therefore"? What is the inference? Thre isn;t a single mention of god in 1-5....so it doesn;t even matter if 1-5 are true....-you- failed to include god. It's just an itemized list of batshit claims. If this is the best argument for "god"..... "god" is in a sad, sad state.
I have to ask, why are you even -searching- for an argument. What's wrong with your faith?

I think, religions appeal for believers is that they like the idea of "perfect" life, even if its bitter. They like especially that they can possibly even live eternally because they will be fighting the "good fight".
They think, I guess, that if your fighting the "good fight" your automatically right. In sense of morality, some sincere and compassionate believers indeed are in superior position to an average survivalist atheist, because those few theists are driven by fears and duty to make themselves extra caring.
So, its not about proof, its about the question "Does religion make people better persons?".

Arguments are not made by what is -not- said. If he wan'ts a "therefore god" he has to say it. Period. Until such a time it's not an argument at all, let alone an argument for a god. I have a soft spot for our boy M, but not so soft that I'm willing to lower the bar.

LOL< I get pretty humorless when I'm trying to take something seriously. I just wish Mystic would take himself, and his argument, as seriously. I expect to see some fucking god in an argument for a god.
