Republicans are illiterate or semi literate at best. Most republicans are bible readers or church goers who still don't believe in global warming, evolution, big bang theory, or anything scientific.

I gotta agree with Thump. Better access to higher education, exposure to other kinds of people and other cultures, these things would be a great start.
