LOL you got me. I'll have to start using that video now.
"Of course, everyone will claim they respect someone who tries to speak the truth, but in reality, this is a rare quality. Most respect those who speak truths they agree with, and their respect for the speaking only extends as far as their realm of personal agreement. It is less common, almost to the point of becoming a saintly virtue, that someone truly respects and loves the truth seeker, even when their conclusions differ wildly."

For the farter it can be quite attractive and helpful on the side. Such as suddenly finding an empty seat in an overcrowded bus or subway. Not having to wait too long at the cashiers. Things like that.

The link below leads to a good debunking of the Fatima "miracle", bringing up points that defenders of the truth of the "miracle" fail to consider.

I always thought it was because they didn't stop talking long enough to build up any pressure.

No, it's not. Are you by any chance refering to Kubrick's adaptation of "The Shining"?

It's this one: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Haunting-1963-J...B00B4AMMQ0 It looks like it may also go by the name 'The Terror' (1963). Sorry I couldn't find a better link but I'm having trouble identifying it on IMDB cos none of them have the same cover that I remember (the one on Amazon), and it's been years since I saw it... just remembered I loved it at the time because it was haunting but not really a horror film... ideas more than imagery as it were... and that gelled with something you said earlier about not seeing the monster or whatever it was, so I thought it might be the same film. If it is an adaptation of The Shining I didn't notice it, but as I said I haven't seen it for years.

Everything has been addressed already. I don't have anything to say that hasn't already been said. I can just keep repeating myself, or I can talk about farts. The latter is more fun.

But seriously, never? I find it hard to believe it when anyone says that because it's just a natural bodily function, along with burping, which sometimes just has to happen. Sure you can be polite about it... let it out gently and silently, but it still has to come out Big Grin

Girls don't fart, mate. Farting is unattractive.

You're a trendsetter... maybe you could make it fashionable like you did for pooping?  Wink

The sun moving was simply an optical illusion or even a mass hallucination. Even the latter is infinitely more likely than God. And even if you posit supernatural forces you don't need to posit a God at all, let alone posit the exact God the nutty children who think it's the influence of the Virgin Mary believed in.

The thing is, poops are cute. They're like these little brown nuggets. Farts on the other hand? Nasty.
