RE: Member Yoga Photos/Poses
Instructors are sometimes whacky folks who buy into the metaphysical shit that comes with yoga. It obviously doesn't eliminate gravity. However, it does include a hammock, which is always my favorite. I think it will relieve some of my back and shoulder stiffness while I stretch. We'll see.

Well it looks like fun. Hope you enjoy!

I've had an on and off(mostly off) relationship with yoga for a year now.
I think I'm gonna try to get back into it. Maybe the desire to show off my sick yoga skills in a few months time on an Atheist forum will help nudge me in the right direction, if ever so slightly. Tongue

Have you started that dancing yoga class yet? How is it?
"Of course, everyone will claim they respect someone who tries to speak the truth, but in reality, this is a rare quality. Most respect those who speak truths they agree with, and their respect for the speaking only extends as far as their realm of personal agreement. It is less common, almost to the point of becoming a saintly virtue, that someone truly respects and loves the truth seeker, even when their conclusions differ wildly."

CL, I'm not doing a dancing one. I'm doing an aerial one. I haven't started it yet. I've been quite busy and want to make sure I've been practicing regularly before I try doing it up in the air. I'll let you now, though.

Aristocatt, I would love to see your sick yoga moves. Do it!

Y'all would find it easier to do these poses if you took some of the clothing off.
