If Thena Sr. doesn't get her act together, I'll probably bake the smallest spiral ham I can find, and cook a few turkey legs and/or wings, in order to make a turkey casserole: complete with sauteed onions, mushrooms,  dressing, and gravy. Then I'll make some mashed potatoes, cook some REAL green beans, and call it a day.
