All part of a grand design, the grandness of which would melt our lobes.

Looks like an old poster for Magnum P. I.! If you've seen Tom in Blue Bloods there's a whole lot more of him nowadays.

Yeah, Kent Hovind. The guy with a bought PhD in "Christian Education" who made his money selling gullible idiots that Satan invented the Theory of Evolution in the garden of eden; a canopy of ice enveloped the Earth's atmosphere, causing both the longevity of the patriarchs (because barometric pressure) amd Noah's flood when it broke up and crashed into the sea; and that dinosaurs still exist because Jackson's chameleon. That's the level of expertise we're going to have to match.
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist.  This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair.  Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second.  That means there's a situation vacant.'

Are you kidding? Have you ever seen a human?

A better question would be: if we are not the products of our environment, and were in fact specially created, why are we made out of the same meat, bones and organs as every other animal?

Great; now if you can give a citation for that, we'd have a discussion. As it is, evolution stands alone in the field.

Sounds fine to Me.

Quote:First Corinthians 6:18-20 commands us to “flee from sexual immorality..."

I really don't think that the wittering of Paul the Antichrist is a particularly good guide to sexual best practices.  That said, "any form of sexual expression you may desire, so long as it hurts no one else" doesn't happen to qualify as immorality in My book anyway.

Quote: "...Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit..."

No evidence for such an entity as the "Holy Spirit."

Quote:The Satanic bible concerning the existence of the afterlife is that there is no such thing as life after death, and thus life must be lived to the full in this world. This is the premise on which many of the Satanic teachings are based, for it removes the element of accountability...

Not so.  We are indeed accountable to one another in the real world, rather than to some hypothetical supernatural being.

Quote:Eternal destruction is the only thing that will result from {Satanism's} false teachings. The fires of hell will be a bitter reality for those who have been taught that hell does not exist.

I am so sure that hell is mythical (probability of .999...) that I am prepared to take that chance.  In the infinitesimally small probability that hell does exist, I choose to go there anyway rather than spend eternity in the presence  of a god that deliberately created hell.

Well now...

"Well, evolution is a theory. It is also a fact. And facts and theories are different things, not rungs in a hierarchy of increasing certainty. Facts are the world's data. Theories are structures of ideas that explain and interpret facts. Facts don't go away when scientists debate rival theories to explain them. Einstein's theory of gravitation replaced Newton's in this century, but apples didn't suspend themselves in midair, pending the outcome. And humans evolved from ape- like ancestors whether they did so by Darwin's proposed mechanism or by some other yet to be discovered."

A kind means the same type of animal that can procreate, in other words it isn't Cat+Dog or horse + cow but rather Cow+Cow, Dog+Dog-They are all the same kind.

So "kind" is on the species level?

I know you can't but you can "use logic" to prove the existence of God.

Think about it.

Every effect must have a cause. This universe and everything in it is an effect. There must be something that caused everything to come into existence. Ultimately, there must be something “un-caused” in order to cause everything else to come into existence. That “un-caused” cause is God.

Why? Why can't it be Ceiling Cat?
