The scales are wrong for larger particles in a construct that must have its shape preserved as-is.
We could try tunneling your body through a wall, but a near insignificant fraction would get through and it would be a disorganized mass.
You'll have more luck with a man-sized blender set to "Frappe".
Scientifically:
You can tunnel on a single particle basis. The larger the particle, the less likely it gets through.
Tunneling probability quickly approaches zero when mass increases and/or at large length scales.

The known laws of physics seem to indicate that quantum tunneling cannot convey information about the state of a piece of matter faster than light... In quantum mechanics, it appears to be possible, but QM does not incorporate relativity.

and some of the ways tunneling could go wrong are horrifying, even beyond the 'frappe' comment above.
What if the earth suddenly materialized at the center of the sun ?
At least it would be 'quick' . . . .

Makes sense. There's a German physicist who wanted a piece of the pie and wrote a book on how the bright light is the doppler shift coming from the sould leaving the body at light speed. He felt some shame though, when the book became a best seller, he donated the proceeds to a children's charity
