This is where Drumpf is deliberately full of shit. It is not that manufacturing jobs were per se "head of houseshold" employment it was because for generations unions had bargained wages to those levels. If you bring back the jobs and continue to suppress the unions they will be hiring at minimum wage and the asshole Drumpfucks will be wondering what hit them.
That's what we do here, in my state. The administration brags about the manufacturing jobs it's secured, but they pay the same as burger king. There was a scare, at one of the plants recently, that someone might be trying to organize a union (because of "suspicious language" at a morning meeting)....so management asked my wife to investigate and let loose anyone who wasn't past the temp throughgate if they seemed like "agitators". She told them to go fuck themselves, in much more polite and refined language, I'm sure. She might be a headhunter, but she's not an asshole.

I'd suggest Trump supporters check out whom his pick for Labor Secretary before they stupidly assume Trump values workers.

I'm sure his supporters will applaud this choice, as a "job creator". They think Trump was a good businessman, so it's not like any of these picks are gonna phase them.

I dont care where someone ends up, livable wages even for burger flippers is a benefit to society because when all workers have livable wages it makes them less dependent on government. What I do hate are the people who look down on labor, somehow Trump morons take that to mean we are saying that everyone should make the same or that being poor is the only way to prove loyalty, which we are not at all saying.
Saying that the pay gap is too big and pay is not keeping up with the cost of living is NOT a call or communism

I think those douchebags would overlook anything as long as the guy saying it isn't a nigger or a mexican. Sorry, but that is what seems to motivate these Drumpf twats.

hmmm,
a union poobah picking a fight with Trump . . . .
Wonder how that is going to play in the rustbelt areas Trump did so well in?
Why, even now, I bet former Trump voters are slapping themselves silly in regret for not voting for Hillary, just after seeing the Carrier union guy in a twitter conflict with Trump!
Here's an idea, let's put union guy on the ticket with Hillary in 2020, Weiner can be campaign ethics manager, Huma can be tagged as an early SCOTUS pick, and Podesta can be put out as prospective head of the NSA, and give me some more time here and I can flesh out a dream ticket guaranteed to win win win in 2020 !!!
The granting of a pardon is an imputation of guilt, and the acceptance a confession of it.

Pro athletes are a corrupt businessman's dream. They generate enormous revenues and are usually underpaid because salaries are capped in one way or another. But if the players point this out, they get branded as assholes because they're making millions of dollars a year. Mind you, they were branded as assholes in the past when they didn't get paid as well, because they were being paid to play sports and that 'wasn't a real job.' To top it off, lots of teams get local communities to pay for new stadium facilities in deals that are obscenely unfavorable to the taxpayers who usually don't get a say in the approval of those deals.
So let's see... you get to underpay your employees while making big profits off of them, you get to fleece the local tax base for your own benefit, and the anger of most people is directed at someone else. Ask me again why Trump doesn't want to boycott pro sports.
"Well, evolution is a theory. It is also a fact. And facts and theories are different things, not rungs in a hierarchy of increasing certainty. Facts are the world's data. Theories are structures of ideas that explain and interpret facts. Facts don't go away when scientists debate rival theories to explain them. Einstein's theory of gravitation replaced Newton's in this century, but apples didn't suspend themselves in midair, pending the outcome. And humans evolved from ape- like ancestors whether they did so by Darwin's proposed mechanism or by some other yet to be discovered."

What's you point? Rednecks voting for the likes of Trump are idiots begging to be fucked with the sordid lead pipe. Not every Redneck is an idiot, but the ones falling for the loudmouth treatment certainly are. Trump wouldn't even wipe his ass with the likes of them. It was the same with the Tea Party. Some people are simply too stupid to notice they've been take for a ride. My sympathies are limited for this special breed. But don't think for a second that they learned their lesson or will learn it in the foreseeable future.

Wasn't the rednecks that gave it to him. It was their ancient enemy....the yankees. I know, it's hard to tell from afar, and especially after this election. They failed to adequately man the blue wall in the frigid north. Still, they did vote for him, and he will fuck them the hardest, but hillary was going to fuck them too...so, meh. Everybody fucks them, always have. Check the history of the term, when it didn't mean quite what it means today, people were fucking those rednecks way back when.
(redneck is a specific term for a specific subset of rurals - I'm takin it back from our oppressors and all their rural collaborators.)

Isn't Redneck the general term for rather disenfranchised workers? In any case, that's what I mean. Disenfranchised workers falling for rightwing Messiah figures believing them to fight their corner.
