I think it's quite possible for words and their meanings to be lost.  Meaning depends on living people and their usage and understanding of the words.

So, no evidence then. In that case, my position remains the same. "Spiritualism" is nothing more than wishful, dodgy hand-waving... much like your responses here.

I didn't make a claim. I provided my stance on the issue, which is tentative on your ability to provide evidence. So get to it. Back up your claim. It's actually very easy to do if you have evidence.

Or are you just going to stick to shifting the burden of proof? There's at least some evidence to your dodging.

Unless you create a sock account, you don't get banned that easily here, and not without official warnings. There's no opinion police in place. So, ramble on freely and without worry Big Grin

I have no idea what spiritualism is or what 'it' means. As alien a concept to me as 'god'.

That depends on you, not us.
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist.  This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair.  Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second.  That means there's a situation vacant.'

hmmm,

now that the idea has reared up on its hind legs . . .
The granting of a pardon is an imputation of guilt, and the acceptance a confession of it.

So.... we have things we already know about, being called spiritual for some reason. Did we get any further than that?
