Most people wanted Hilary and she lost.

Oh please. She's a robotic grandma with a terrible sense oh humor trying desperately to relate to the new "hip" culture. I mean, have you seen her jokes about Pokémon go? The woman is a disaster, would've been a real shame if she were the first woman president of America, it's not like there aren't better options. Lots of way better charismatic women that can give any man a run for their money.

However everything you said was not true. It wouldn't be a real shame if she was the first female president of America because if she was that means she would have been president instead of Trump.

I think it had everything to do with gender.

I don't. Hillary was as attractive as the measels. She was the epitome of more of the same. Misogyny probably played a role for some, the classic angry white male, but these would have probably voted for Trump anyway. Also she only lost by American standards. Everywhere else she would have won, having the popular vote and all.

More of the same is part of why I voted for her. Obama was a very popular president with Democrats.

If you study history, you'll find that almost every revolution is either harnessed and suborned, or it eats itself. You'd ought to hope that it's the former and not the latter, because purges almost always start inside the revolution itself.
