They do love Satan. They just don't realise he killed and replaced their God. Pretty obvious when you read the book.

Probably because morality and admiration are defined by more than 1 variable.
Put assuming that it is defined by one variable...
The Biblical God is responsible for all life. If he got rid of a few million lives, he would still be responsible for a net positive of life. Satan on the other hand would be responsible for a net negative of life by killing 10 people.
There probably is an argument somewhere which would point out Satan was responsible for the fall of man, which in turn is responsible for all deaths that occur.
I'm sure there are lots of other routes you could go down as well. Like Noah's flood happened because all of man turned from god completely. Presumably Satan was responsible for this, and you might think of the flood as a bottle neck that ensures the future of humanity houses more good souls than bad souls. In that sense you could think of things like Noah's flood as an optimization of salvation.
That last one seems like a real stretch, but it wouldn't necessarily be a surprising answer.
Bringing heaven and hell into the equation really makes the valuation of physical life tricky. That to me is a more interesting question than why Christians don't love Satan instead of God.

Quote:(1) biblical God TOTAL kill count = 20 million+ (ie: biblical flood/global wipe out)
(2) biblical Satan TOTAL kill count = TEN.
So, WHY DO THEISTS NOT LOVE biblical SATAN instead of God?
(Is biblical satan like an underappreciated policeman/judge?)
Actually, a case can be made that Satan is responsible for
all human deaths. Accord to the fable, Satan tempted Eve who tempted Adam, and Adam's action impelled God to evict humans from the Garden, and they would thenceforth be subject to physical death.

The War in Heaven was fought by the two most powerful beings there. The winner of that fight declared the other being "Satan" while making himself "God".
