Not bc were still "growing" but bc we are deteriorating. I literally learned that in nursing school and I remember being freaked out.

I don't see it as killing, though. C-sections on viable children are abortions. That doesn't kill that child. What kills the fetus is its inability to sustain itself outside of the womb, even if it had other assistance.
