Ugh, this whole steak discussion just reminded me of a meal at a steakhouse in Berlin. I asked for well done and as soon as I cut into it blood started pouring out and stained my chips red.

Awful.

Best form of steak is Swiss steak topped with japeleno peppers some red peppers and some red onion and some cremini mushrooms all in a hot savory tomato sauce . Served  with garlic butter potatoes with diced chives And maple sweetened candied carrots .
