You know three just does it for me pretty well. Lately I'm eating my biggest meal in the morning, second biggest for lunch and lightest at night.

But today I fell hard off the wagon. Went to target to see about getting a new speaker, saw an easter candy display and started thinking about how I ought to have a little chocolate for easter. Ended up getting a bag of rocky road dark chocolate bark. 3.5 servings in the bag but once I started in on it I didn't stop until it was gone. About 800 calories. And the feeling afterwords, nauseated. Don't think I'll be doing that again for a long while. Oh well, someone hold the horse still and I'll see if I can get back up on this wagon.

Ala Akbar, I guess. Got up this morning to pee and feeling buyer's remorse about the chocolate I got on the scales. 182 pounds. Damn, I'm still losing anyway. The bottom line is calories in plus exercise and I have been working long hours in the garden and controlling serving size.

But that chocolate felt nasty in my stomach. Great mouth feel but totally yuck after.

Started off with some oatmeal today. Tibs and I are going to break out the old grill. He's going to have big, fatty, cheesy burgers. I'm going to have a piece of salmon with some mashed cauliflower for the side.

I'd probably choose what you're having .. unless someone gave my arm even a token twist. Then it would have to be one of Tibs' bad boys.

Had a bad bad week really.  Keep waking up too late to go to the gym.  On the other hand my body is still looking good from last weeks gym sessions.

I ate so much easter chocolate today it was disgraceful.  On the other hand in work I beat everyone at doing the plank for the longest time again.

Someone on another work site beat my previous record, the supervisor drove to our place and told me so I upped the record again.  My record of 5 minutes 19 seconds is the works best record so far.

It tells us that we’re ready, we’re at home, we’re where we’re supposed to be. Flames don’t intimidate us. What do we do? We control the flame. We control them. We move the flames where we want to. And then we extinguish them.

Impersonation is treason.
