I'm sure some of us have because some of us have posted about it. You do realize some of the challengees aren't overweight, right? Some are in great shape and made other fitness goals.

I have no idea if I lost weight or not... Don't have a scale to measure it... Don't care.
I know that I can now ride that bike most of the time on its highest gear and, were it not for my small accident, I'd have gone on to do my commute breathing only through my nose... as if it's not a great effort.

I might start doing planks to work on a few muscles that the bike misses completely.

I am down to 10% fat regarding muscle/fat ratio. I want to go 3-5%.

That's fantastic news! I'm glad to see you're keeping up with your goals.

My doctor has put me on a low carb diet. I'm also starting physical therapy for back ailments this week. I'm hoping both will get me on track.

I need a juicer. Breakfast is a disaster. Too much bread and no veggies (I don't like eggs).

Juicers are a lot of work. Have you tried smoothies? Use all frozen fruits, so you don't have to use any ice. Use juice, almond milk or water to help liquefy then mix and then blend. I toss in a scoop of protein powder if I'm not having any meat or nuts. I've also been known to toss in some almonds or peanut butter because fuck it.
