Now that the health care fiasco is behind us (for the foreseeable future, anyway), Trump and his team of steely-eyed policy experts can get down to the real business that warms the stony heart of the GOP: "reforming" the tax system to benefit rich fucks like Trump. I look forward to hearing Trump refer to the Laffer Curve like he understands it. Also, I can't wait for the "who knew negotiating an overhaul of the tax system could be so complicated?" moment. The Great Deal Maker thought there were a lot of stakeholders in health care? Just wait 'til he tries to screw with the tax system. Better yet, I can't wait to watch the daily Sean Spicer shuffling-off-to-Buffalo routine when details of the overhaul start leaking. It may result in the first-ever moment on national television when a man actually bends backwards, shoves his head up his own ass, and spontaneously explodes.

Who knows? Trump's working class base might even begin to understand that it was never about them in the first place. If that happens, brace for a "national emergency" to deflect attention from the sausage-making and to allow Trump to appear Presidential.
