Who knows? Maybe I have been here before and didn't stay for some reason. It has been a long time that I have been doing this. FaceBook moves too fast and forums like this are few, but it is a style that I am more comfortable with...so here I am.
I tend to debate using common sense rather than involving grand tactics and have mellowed a great deal over the years from the rabid atheist that I was. I know what I know and that is enough for me to realize that there has never been any god present in my life, that is, I have no experience with any god.
I have been rereading my atheist library and am now enjoying Christopher Hitchens', "God Is Not Great." Thank goodness for him and many other atheist authors.
My political views are sort of a Conservative Libertarian. I read "The Atheist Conservative" and "National Review" and tend to align with their views on much. I am of traditionalist leanings in many ways, yet liberal in others. Each of us is complicated, are we not? Life makes us so.
Well...then, hello.
