I get people wanting to touch your child's face because he's so cute and all, but it doesn't mean they should impulsively act on such desire. This is your child at the end of the day, and they shouldn't just go touch his face without your consent. To me, it comes off as a little inconsiderate. Would they go spontaneously touch an adult's face without their consent? I doubt it.

And yes, some posters here may give me hell for saying this, but whatever.

Totally agree. Just like you shouldn't give a stranger's kid candy because you risk allergic reaction. My son doesn't understand social queues. If you touch him, you ruin his day. Only his close family can touch him. He's five and barely came around to letting my mom hug him. People don't think.

Doesn't sound like something you're going to hug out of him and since you don't go in for demon possession I suppose you'll just have to go with plane old medical science and motherly love.  Oh, maybe we can get someone who is trained in such arts to say an incantation.  Cath_y .... ?

Maybe you're personally not in those groups either, but last time I checked the stats, female compliance was about a third, and males in the single digits. So, most young people are anti-vaxxers, even if they don't realize it.

Yes, of fucking course I would prefer more people to be suitably vaccinated and protected against diseases against which we have protection. Duh. The thing that makes someone an anti-vaxxer is being against the administration of vaccines, it's kind of in the name there, bud.

All girls aged 12 to 13 are offered HPV (human papilloma virus) vaccination as part of the NHS childhood vaccination programme.

The vaccine protects against cervical cancer. It's usually given to girls in year eight at schools in England.
