You are so wise to get on the wagon younger, the less far you fall the less high will be your climb back up. I wasn't able to do that myself until I retired and got away from the stressors of the work place. My hat is off to you and all the others able to do what I could not.

It's strange. I was always really skinny when I was a drinker. I've only gained weight in the past five years - 35 pounds, to be exact. I've yo-yoed during that time too. I lost 25 of it just two years ago and put it all back on over those two years. I quit smoking too, so that could be part of it.

Good point alpha male.

Over here life sucks in the high risk pregnancy diet but it paid off because I lost weight and my doctor said he was very proud of me. I'm now back on track to only gain my 1lb a week and this week I've gained I think .8lb so I'm doing well.

I will tell you right now though the moment this little girl is born her father better have a whole platter of sushi and Asian noodles for me. :p

I have gotten my abs to show a little bit, that is the six are not clearly defined, but you see a little bit of the 6 pack form.

I've been doing physical therapy three times a week. I should be done in a week or so. Then, it's off to the gym and yoga classes, assuming I'm cleared for yoga.

Have you ever tried Pilates?  Doing that three times a week now.  Really helping me a lot.  It's a little like yoga but more muscle work out.  You'd be great at it.
