So... after a change in schedule at work for other reasons, I got a personal trainer to help me work out in the mornings. I work best under pressure. Also, I'll stick to the lean foods on the menu.
You are so wise to get on the wagon younger, the less far you fall the less high will be your climb back up. I wasn't able to do that myself until I retired and got away from the stressors of the work place. My hat is off to you and all the others able to do what I could not.

Just cutting down at work has been shown to help.
